If you are a buyer:

• "Shop" for your homeowners insurance and advise our office.
• Work with your lender to clear all "prior to closing" conditions.
• You will need to arrange to have utilities turned on and switched over prior to closing.
• If you are currently a tenant, please talk to us before you give notice to your landlord.

If you are a seller:

• Please deliver all requested title documents in a timely fashion.
• If you are buying and selling, please be sure the dates for closing coincide.
• You will need to arrange to have utilities turned off and switched over prior to closing.
